the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. breakfast offered many options, including vegetarian choices, and i find the food quality to be great. laundry service was prompt and the results are very good. shreya, princess, and heshma at the front desk were always available with help.
the pool seems a bit small with limited sunbeds.

The location is near many key attractions and convenient for getting around. It is very walkable. it is about a fifteen minute walk to major sites, like the tallest skyscraper or the major shopping center. many shops are also nearby.

I extend sincere gratitude to the efficient staff members here. bilal shows really good leadership and a commendable work ethic. i observed the level of service throughout the hotel, including in the city to be very nice. warm cookies were a welcome treat upon my arrival. I enjoyed them .
i noted that the breakfast selection, while good, could include a bit more variety.

the hotel is attached to bay square, with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. i found a pharmacy and a convenient store close by. dubai mall is also a short taxi ride away.

The hotel offers a lovely pool area with many loungers. the gym contains several treadmills and stationary bikes. i appreciated the quiet working area i found after checking out. It featured power outlets for my devices.

A room with one of the AMAZING views of the Burj Khalifa was provided. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. Everything tasted quite yummy. I also liked welcome cookies and water in the room. It was a nice touch.
I noticed one very small issue, at times, I needed to remind staff more than once for items like an extra blanket.

The room was spacious and very clean. It featured large windows. The layout allowed for both working and relaxing EASILY. Two sinks were present. The room included a rainfall shower.

The location allowed an easy walk to the Dubai Mall in under 30 minutes. The hotel is near the Burj view at the top entrance. It is convenient to access attractions. The building also has many options around it.
